Yes. Book a package (or claim your free event, while the free claim is open) and leave the date blank. It is saved to your account, and you set the date and time from the host board whenever you know it, whether that is next week or December. Set it once you are sure: after that, changing the date goes through us, so the cameras never open on the wrong night.

No, and it should not. A photographer gets the shots that need a photographer. Salo gets the sixty angles nobody was standing in. Hosts who book both get the day from both sides.

Photos are saved on the phone the moment the shutter fires and upload when signal returns, hours later if it has to. A photo taken inside the window counts even if it lands long after. Guests are also assumed to be on their own mobile data, so nothing needs a shared network.

No, and that is deliberate. One tap commits it. If a frame should not be published you drop it on the host board before the reveal, and nobody else ever sees it.

You see every photo before anyone else does. Curation happens before the reveal, and anything you do not keep is never published.

Neither. Scanning the QR opens a web page. That is the entire onboarding, and it is deliberately under fifteen seconds.

Yes. The album downloads as a zip of the originals. Grids show a small thumbnail so browsing on mobile data costs about a megabyte, but the files behind them are full size.

Yes, and most of it carries over: the same account, the same sign-in, no setup to redo. One rule: you can start the next event once the album from the last one has been opened. That reveal is what finishes an event. Until then the QR code, the shooting window and the album are all still live, and running two at once means two of each to keep straight on the same night. Open the album and the next booking is available immediately.

No. Each package is a set number of shots for one event, inside a set window, and neither the shots nor the time carry over to your next booking. That is deliberate: the shots are there to be used on the night, so we always say make the most of them — pass the QR around and let guests keep shooting until they are spent. A new event always starts fresh with its own full count.

The album closes on the date your package says (30 days on Handaan, a year on Grand) and stops being readable by anyone, including you. The photos themselves are held for another 30 days after that, so if you missed the date you can ask us to reopen it. After those 30 days they are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered, by you or by us. We keep no backup that outlives that date, because a copy that survived it would make the promise untrue. Download the album while it is open and it is yours forever.

No. One event takes one package. The guest cap and the shot count are stamped onto the event when it is made, so stacking two would mean two QR codes and two albums for one party, and guests would land in whichever one they happened to scan. If a package is not big enough, take the next size up. Grand covers 120 guests, and anything past that we quote.

Not yet. Stay tuned for any discounts we roll out, likely tied to bridal fairs, partner venues, or our early hosts. When one exists, there is a box for it on the pricing page: open “Have a discount code?”, type it, and the price drops before you pay anything. Codes will always come from us directly, never by an unsolicited text, and each one carries an end date.

Not in the first version. Long video at a Philippine venue is a bandwidth problem, not a storage problem, and the uploads would fail on site. If it ships later it will be capped at a few seconds.
