The digital disposable camera for Philippine events
Remember the disposable camera on every table? Nobody checked a screen. You found out weeks later, and the accidents were the best frames on the roll.
Salo brings that back with no film and no developing. Guests scan one QR code, and the album stays sealed until you open it.
How it works
- Scan. The QR code sits on a table card. No app, no account.
- Agree. A few short lines, including no retakes.
- Shoot. Each guest gets a fixed number of shots. One tap commits it, and there is no preview to hide behind.
- Wait. The album is sealed, and every guest's screen counts down to the reveal you set.
- Open. The whole room sees the album at the same moment.
Why fewer shots make better photos
Give someone unlimited shots and a delete button, and you get forty attempts at one pose. Give them ten shots that commit the instant they tap, and they look at the room. They shoot the lola laughing off-camera, the cousins outside, the tito mid-story.
Walang bawian is a design choice, not a missing feature.
Why a digital disposable camera, not a shared album
A shared photo album collects whatever people upload, with unlimited shots. Salo limits the shots, seals the album and makes the reveal an event. You still get every angle in one album, and you review it all before anyone else sees it.
